Rainy Day, Red Arrows and the GNR start

We saw the start of the GNR. I was having withdrawal symptoms after running last year for the third time (but the memories of pain remain ....including the lost toenails!!)

Always a great day of celebration, emotion, achievement and good causes. A great feelgood factor in Newcastle and great fun at the start.

This was the traditional fly past by the Red Arrows - and we also saw little Mo :)

Still going on as I am blipping

Well done everyone. I will be running next year again !
