Lunch in Val Roseg

Whilst SwissPiper was undertaking an epic mountain bike ride, mountain walk combination journey. I decided to test out my knee with a long bike ride up the stunning Val Roseg and a spot of lunch on the terrace of the hotel. The lunch certainly did not disappoint, the pappardelle ai funghi was delicious and could almost persuade me but not quits to turn vegetarian. The terrace was hot in the sunshine and the view was sublime. A good ride home tested the knee which came through unscathed.
