Buttercup

Given how warm it was today we spent far too much time gardening today but we had a lot of plants to plant. 

We are very lucky with our neighbours and one of them is the manager of a large country hotel. Today he was working in his garden and after planting some box plants to form a boundary he gave us dozens of spare begonias and lavender that had been grown in the greenhouse at the hotel so we have been trying to find places to put them.

I suppose I should have photographed all our new plants but the light was good on this buttercup.
