I managed to catch a steam train!

At Grosmont station, I was passing and noticed the steam and smoke, and for once there was a free parking spot outside the shop on the other side of the road.
The Magnificent noisy smelly machines evoke happy childhood memories of family holidays oh so many years ago.
Magnificent! is the word I would use to describe these wonderful reminders of the past.
