7hills

This is a totally duff photograph I agree. However, it was taken on the run whilst descending a slippy slope to a splash across the Braid Burn.
It was the annual 7 Hills of Edinburgh race which I first competed in last year. Today's weather was hot and sunny, definitely not good for running 15miles round the hills of Edinburgh.
I finished in 2hrs25, very grateful to the other runner who helped stretch my cramping calves while at the summit of Arthur's Seat.
