Tower of the Unknown Purpose

If the weather forecats for today was accurate it would have just said "Everything"

Started off sunny so I decided to cycle into Llandudno to get some prints of baby photos - got out to the car and it looked a bit didgy so I drove

Half way there (5 mins) and it started raining so I shot out and got this shot of the tower on the hills. I have no idea what it is there for - I went up there to look once, assuming there would be a plaque or notice or something but no - not a thing!

Dark clouds, rain, sunshine, wind, no wind - strange day!
