Saw This Today

Say Cheese

I walked up to Trafalgar Square this morning. This young lady was having her picture taken while she posed on the base of Nelson's Column (not sure how she got up there in those shoes). Some wardens were making very sure the photographer had a license to do commercial work in the square, must have been all in order as the shoot continued.

The statue in the background, of a boy on rocking horse, is called Powerless Structures by Michael Elmgreen and Ingar Dragset.
It's on the fourth plinth, an empty plinth that hosts a succession of art works.
