Cake

My birthday cake, made by Mother-in-Law of Mine. She has made every birthday cake for each member of the Family over the 26 years I have known her, along with most Christmas cakes and my wedding cake.

This one was delivered with apologies - she is struggling with the inherited oven in the new bungalow In-Laws of Mine have just moved to: it cooks very unevenly, so the cake had to be chopped up and re-shaped to even up the sunken bits! Still tasted gorgeous though!
