Early Sunlight....

It's hard to believe we are only two days away from the Winter Solstice. The days have been flying by. I walked on the Wither Hills before dawn this morning. The early sunlight was striking the hills and turning them golden. A beautiful sight.
We attended a friend's funeral this afternoon. A sad time for many of course but one consolation was meeting up with folk we have not seen for a while.
