College Friends

Some of you will know from my blips that I meet up with my college friends about 4 times a year. There were 5 of us and we have been friends since the early 1970s.

Last year Asa died. This year Edith's Alzheimer's condition is getting worse and Sam is waiting for some news following extensive hospital tests. As students and young teachers we never thought of this time in our lives. Now, even though we have to tell Edith our names over and over and tell Sam to eat more we still have fun together. But it does make me sad!
