Before opening time

Early start today... G had to do two hours at school and wanted to do them first thing. I got her car washed and then hung out at The Mall. I was there before the supermarket opened. I love their shutters, if you can call them that. They're the coolest I've seen for a long time.

Managed to see the person we needed to at the Economic Department. He has promised to get back to us tomorrow. Then got samosas to celebrate Pakistan's win yesterday; and later, we met up with our Client for whom we will be furnishing a flat whilst in Cyprus next month.

We intended to check out the new Italian restaurant at Pyramids, and even hung around till 7pm till they opened, only to find out that they are closed during Ramadan! Funny that the person at Information had didn't say anything when we asked and neither do the signs or e-shots they send out!

Dinner at home then, of scotch eggs made to a recipe tweaked by G. And I still haven't got to journals! Tomorrow is a freer day. Sorry again.
