Blipmeet and dolphins

It was such a rainy morning but it did nt matter as first thing was nice and I did a bit of gardening before anyone was up and then  went to the Beach Cafe to meet up with three members of the Barnstaple camera club who are up on holiday to photograph the dolphins. Two are blippers, Suejay50 and Terrifo. We had a great natter about all sorts of things as we sipped hot chocolate and coffee.
Coach loads of children had arrived for their end of year trip such a shame the weather was quite so wet but they all had head to foot rain gear on and it did nt seem to bother them.
I went home and had lunch and carried on with the garden. A quick glimpse through the telescope and I could see the dolphins so Mike took me down to the Point. Met up with the girls again in a prime spot and we did nt have to wait long before several dolphins arrived on the hunt and a huge salmon was caught and eaten. A few breaches and more hunting in lovely sunshine and great clouds blowing across the blue sky.
A lovely evening now, hope it lasts.
