A Glasgow landmark...

Donald Dewar has become a bit of a landmark in Glasgow I think. Friends and I would regularly use him as a meeting point. He was of course instrumental in establishing The Scottish Parliament and our first ever First Minister.

I was relieved today to see that his glasses are in place, they regularly went missing when the statue was first erected.

We had a good walk about this morning and a nice breakfast before bumped into a friend I've not seen for years. A very quick chat with them before heading home.
