Holy Island

Deb and I were going to take a walking holiday in Chamonix to give her a couple of weeks recovery, but checking the small print we realised that she wasn't covered by her travel insurance, so we were forced to cancel. A few days over in Northumberland were organised at the drop of a hat, and we left early this morning. We were at Holy island by 12 (after the tide went out) and I was hoping to get the boat-huts with the castle behind. The castle is covered in scaffolding for the next year or so!
