A day of rest?

No, not around here. Not after 3 days away.

It was a Saturday to all intents and purposes. Lots of chores to be done.

The warm sunshine was great, and having been without TV, internet and mobile phone signal for 3 days, a surprise to learn only the northwest edge of Scotland had suffered the wet weather. 

The Blip is one of my favourite roses in the garden. It has a wonderful sharp lemon perfume. It seems to have turned into a good summer for roses. Watch this space.
