Just ......

....... water!!
That's the order for the day I feel. I went to the pool , felt exhorted before I started , however I managed my usual 64 lengths of the pool. Then shopping and used the Argos in Sainsbury's . Such a helpful assistant but sadly we couldn't find a cover for my i- Pad , she has ordered one for me to see if it fits so it will be another trip there tomorrow. The washing caused by the pool venture ( & a bit more ) on the line no doubt that'll be dry in an hour.
Sitting with my glass of water beside me so that's were I'll stay for a while .

Thankful ..... for water to drink! ( many have none ! )
