Heat Exhaustion

The last of the pink peonies.

In a normal year the petals last a few days before turning to a soggy brown mess. 

Thanks to the ongoing drought/heatwave, this year they have gone crispy round the edges, are losing their colour, and have reached a state of extreme blowsiness. 

I really like them like this - I hope they last a few days longer, though I promise not to blip them again, three times is enough!
