POWER SALAD

Saw this on the Hemsley sister's show and thought I'd give it a try. Yesterday we had one each over at the allotment... today we shared one with some noodles...really easy and delicious. Dessert was a summer pudding with all our berries from yesterday. Also made their no fry muffins frittatas for breakfast this morning....feeling very un-desperate housewife!!!
