A special day full of wonderful moments. Cycled along the Esk to Portobello for my favourite nachos in the sun. 30 mile round trip so my chubby knees were crying for mercy by the end but certain sense of achievement that I've still got the legs for it.
Quick turnaround and down to Melrose to watch over a hundred horses make a dash for the hills amazing sight
