Maple

I took this lying flat on my back with my phone, staring up at the most stunning Maple Tree as I sheltered under its shade. If I ever have my own house & it has a garden, I will be planting one.

My health was terrible yesterday after doing too much the day before & in the stupid heatwave. Fortunately I had recovered enough to take our church gap year students to their final day in Chichester, reflecting on what God has done in them & through them over the last 6 months. It's been such a privilege to be a small part of their journey and see how they've grown over that time.

Thankful for:
- faster energy recovery from a 'bad day'
- that my car has air-con (YES!)
- laughter & fun over a good curry
