Fun on the Border

One of our favourite drives, along the Gospel Pass, always takes in Llanthony, nestling in the centre of the Black Mountains.Today was no exception as we offered our version of Local Studies to our friends Karin and Willem, over from the Netherlands. The Church of St David is eclipsed by the adjacent Abbey, but predates it by several centuries, and this modest little history does little to reflect the toil and hardship suffered in this wild outpost.
