Buster

This crab is called a buster around here . It is actually molting, or shedding out of it's hard shell because it has outgrown it. The new shell is soft but after several hours in the water it's shell will harden again.
I am collecting soft crabs for company we are having on the farm at the end of July. We use them for bait, but many people love to eat them! To each his own...
