Street Corner Series

Jefferson at Broadway. 81ºF today but it felt hotter for some reason.

There are big things planned for this block, some businesses have already vacated in anticipation of the big build - I'm not sure what's going on with this place, it's a gym and there seems no indication they are slowing pace, or perhaps they have a new location already lined up.  

A friend keeps plying me with biscotti from an old school Italian bakery - I have to admit, I am not a fan of biscotti; however, these are VERY GOOD. Beyond the baked goods they apparently have an automated string tying machine for the boxes of treats that I must see at some point.
