A fountain in Aix
This was snapped from one of these little trains that trundle through the centres of tourist towns like Aix en Provence - not something I'd usually avail myself of, but a good way to see a bit in a limited time on a hot afternoon.
The square where this fountain stood was created by knocking down several old houses to provide a pleasant, open view for the house behind where I was taking the picture. No wonder there was a Revolution ...
