Evening stroll along the Thames

As the evening cooled we went for a walk along the Thames. There were quite a few people doing the same thing and there was a pleasantly cooling breeze.

Along the way we came across swans, geese, ducks, bats, lots of dragonflies, a frog in a hurry and a passing heron presumably on his way home.

Finally got a text from John so hopefully Kar might find out more tonight about what is going on and if/when he might be coming home.
