Notes: Left a bit after 8a, met Debra (who worked Yuma) at Lucky's Cafe for coffee and breakfast. Talked until 1015a, walked thru Lucky's store and then thru town and picked up salmon, asparagus and bread for dinner. Worked some and relaxed rest of day. Talked to Alice about writing how-to-start-a-race - she thought it was a great idea.
