Iona

After a wet and stormy night the weather cleared and we took the ferry across to Iona . We've only been here once before - and it was a brief visit with the kids . Today we headed across to the west of the island and discovered some fantastic beaches  - it was all very peaceful and relaxing . After lunch we looked at the Abbey and the abbey museum before heading home ( it was raining again ) . A very relaxed visit and less busy than the last time we'd been there .
