Mid Summer

Yesterday the cycling chums wanted to go out today on mountain bikes but I fancied a road ride through the lanes as it is Midsummer Day. Six of us set off and headed for the café at High Easter, near Chelmsford. Tea and buns were ordered and as we were sitting down in the garden a load of the other club members turned up (Why weren't they at work?-Ed.)


So there was lots of chatting and more tea and another cake. Eventually we set off for home. I got back a little while ago after another tea stop and chat.
