Water please!

Water is desperately needed by nature and human beings. In the spirit of "creating a habit of breaking routines", I went swimming for 30 minutes early morning on the way to the office which helped me to go through the longs hours at work and the high temperatures outside and inside.

Two different melons and prosciutto crudo for dinner. Walk along the river stream before ending the day sitting on the terrace with a night cap.
