Return of the Hummingbirds

This is the first time this season that Osuzanna and I have been back to the Patuxent Research Refuge to photograph the hummingbirds.  It was as much of a thrill as ever.  It took a while to get our camera settings right to capture these speedy, whirring, chirping, tiny bundles of energy.  I chose the female as my blip because of the lighting, but have included a colorful male as an extra.
