Tree with a light

We should be due some cooler weather tomorrow but for today I decided to do a walk early this morning that I will be leading later next week.  All went well and various photos of ripening barley fields, views of hazy hills and old farm equipment were taken but I rather liked this shot into the sun of a tree.  The extra shows the roof of a thatched cottage, in need of repair  on a small lane next to this tree.

Then it was a trip to a nearby garden center, some leeks and sprouting broccoli purchased and back home to recover.
