Ten a day

To keep me on an even keel. Are they doing anything - I think so, because I know about it when I forget to take them. Add in antihistamines and over the counter paracetamol when I need it. It's a wonder that I don't rattle.

Apologies if this is garbled. I have just given up on work for the night (10.30) as all of those tablets have kicked in, so my eyes are closing and my ability to be coherent is even worse than usual.
