Wooly is excited

Today has been quite damp and now it's piddling down. Tonight was cold but we still had a good turnout for training,this week I continued our group with Fartlek training which is not that easy to do in the dark. I was given a Heart rate sensor to go with my new watch tonight, I am a little overwhelmed by Beccs generosity but very grateful for the gift. I also feel good when I see results of these runners and the benefits of the training I help them with. Wooly is all excited because she heard Paul McCartney is coming to New Zealand in December. He has a huge job ahead of him trying to get his whole repertoire down to 39 songs.
