Helmsley Castle

We decided to go over the North York Moors to Helmsley this morning to see Kirkbymoorside CC's print exhibition. There was drizzle most of the time that we were there but just before we left it brightened up a little. The ruins of the castle can be seen from the road we were on as we approached Helmsley but this was taken from the footpath back to where our car was parked.
