Not a thing of beauty but all mine own

For the first time, we can now go from the lower floor to the ground floor without going outside. Not pretty - although plenty to tidy them up yet - but the stairs are functional, especially if you are vertically challenged and all for fifty euros and buckets of sweat and pain. Somewhat less than the quote of over two thousand euros I got a couple of years ago...
I ended up using all sorts of trigonometry I thought I'd left behind to calculate the dimensions of the stringers - technical stair speak I now master - and still got several pieces horribly wrong.
Either way, my carpentry tools are taking a holiday for a while, as am I.
