Penstemon with friend

I'm late tonight...as I was looking at my shots for the day, we had a call from N wanting pictures of Claire from the home NOW ! So down tools and get the job done....:-))

A busy tidying day as C has visitors tomorrow....then we shot off to Slimming World where they told us we had both lost 2.5lbs...I am just 0.5lbs off the 1.5 stone - fingers crossed next week.

Popped into Asda for salad then home to a stir fry with salmon fillets - lovely ....

Did a few tidying jobs outside - its so nice too be able to walk about without breaking into a hot sweat...boy it really has been hot these past few days ...

Cooler but a fine day with the odd spot of rain...we need more
