A is for Alice's very own room of her own

Alice has the loveliest wee bedroom. And we are having great fun making it hers. After always sharing a room, which more often than not still got called Rudy's room, it's really special thinking about Alice's room.

Rudy chose the orange seventiesesque light (same as his) and the wall alphabet is inherited from the previous owners' wee one. But everything else is most definitely Alice's. This little seat, was decided upon this evening; we found her sitting on this, as it waited to be fitted to the top of our living room bookshelves - a clever extension thing that also doubles up as a clever wee person's seat thing! She also has a new little rug and some special storage boxes for her things.

We are really starting to settle in and as we become more organised in our living spaces, I can see the setting up of our studio creeping ever closer. I can't wait to again have a designated workspace and I imagine that at this time in a couple of weeks or so, we might well be there.
