Elderflower cordial

In addition to the elderflower 'champagne' which I started yesterday, I had intended to make some cordial.  However I ran out of both time and flowers and so today after replenishing the larder I made up some syrup and the elderflowers and lemon are currently infusing to be bottled up tomorrow. Again a first attempt but pleased to finally have got round to having a go!
