Bleak scene

We are in Plettenberg Bay for the weekend, and went to see some of the devastation by the recent fires. Sad to see lovely houses in ruins.
Interesting to hear from our daughter S who has been co ordinating the disaster relief, what she has been through. So proud of how she has worked tirelessly for the past sixteen days.
Tomorrow we will visit Knysna and hubby's brother whose house narrowly escaped being burnt.
