The Isotome
I found this small plant last week in a nursery and couldn't resist it. It is called an Isotome. I took it to the cabin where I could photograph it using my tripod for a change, and where there was no wind. Its flowers are set on very long delicate stems and waft delightfully in the wind. Tomorrow I'm going to put it into a large pot with a few other flowering plants and we can then watch it grow outside the door into the garden.
It is a Flower Friday challenge day again, so I'm pleased to thank Anni (aka BikerBear) yet again for the hosting honours. I'm adding another version as an 'Extra photo' as I couldn't decide which is the best to blip. Let me know which you prefer.
