Not the best

I had a pretty challenging day today, professionally. I can't go into details, but it was the sort of thing I've never had to personally deal with before and I found it quite hard. My empathy really kicked in. One of those days when you wonder if it's such a good thing to be empathetic!

The upshot is that I had my lunch at 4 pm and then headed home to my lovely husband and beautiful pooch (Little Miss is on school camp this week).

Mr B dragged me out for a walk with Cousteau and then we went to the supermarket to buy some provisions for our Kimberley trip. I think we've got most of the things we need now.

This shot is of one of the feathery growths on this plant. I had my camera with me, so thought I'd grab a quick shot. This was the only photo I took today.
