Ouch!

Had a lovely afternoon lunch and drinks with colleagues today. Then when walking to our second destination I went over on my ankle (AGAIN!) Gary picked me up from the train and went to get me an ice pack after helping me up the stairs, even he was amazed with how swollen it is already :(
