One of those footpath things

It feels like winter today with a bitter quality that tells me not far away it's snowing. It's definitely a hat, scarf, gloves, and down jacket day.

Work was good with positive feedback and a number of tasks ticked off. After work I chomped through errands and had my 2 yearly check. They're never fun but that's not the point. I'm glad to be part of the National Breastcare Screening programme.

Today's gratitude: Compliments. I had several today all independent covering a diverse range from the jersey I was wearing, my blip journal, and a number of things at work.

Compliments are a positive boost to receive and they cost nothing to give.
