Great North Run

My last day in Newcastle today. We watched the GNR on TV this morning but as my chum lives on the Quayside, we could actually see the runners on the Tyne Bridge and we had what almost seemed like a personal fly past from the Red Arrows. Was brilliant! Today's blip features three of those runners. I'm afraid today's entry was a little last minute and was taken as I was leaving so the quality isn't that great.

I always have such a good time when I go to Newcastle that I'm always sad to leave. It won't be long 'til I'm back.

Ps Have had some wonderful phone calls over the weekend. More than a little happy right now.
