Blue Heron Visits The Pond

Oh the weather has been glorious...just so warm and perfect. THIS IS SUMMER finally :)) Let those leaves change color, and fall down...this is the best weather we've had for months!

I visited the pond today and the blue heron flew in while I was fixated on the kingfishers. I also found a way to go around the backside of the pond and get some new views, and it's beautiful back there!

I woke up early this morning and hoped to get a sunrise shot...it was pretty, but not what I had hoped for....maybe another day:))
