Local Landscape

As this landscape, with the blue sky and shadows show, this afternoon in particular was a welcome change.
We had our camera club mystery car rally this afternoon - a rousing success, lots of fun, lots of photos of places/items that were at the end of the clue.  Thirteen clues given and our car group think we have them all - but then a red heron could be thrown in !!  We all ended up at a country cafe for coffee and chatter.

Have to get this in before the big game in 15 minutes - All Blacks v the Lions, I'm nervous.  I know, I take this sport far too seriously.
To my English/Irish/Welsh/Scottish blip friends - many will be sitting down in the early morning watching the game - may the best team win and hopefully a good game.

Then tomorrow morning at 5 am - more nervous times.
