FLYING . . .

. . .  AGAIN . . . Today was all in the timing. Up just after 5AM to capture the magnificent Flying Scotsman as she heads from Scarborough to London King’s Cross . . . No . . . set off from home only to find that time had changed to 8.10AM . . . zzzzzzzzzzzzz . . .
Out at 1PM to capture Red Arrows as they fly over Filey . . . No . . . time changed to 3PM . . . No . . . they begin their display over Scarborough at 3.30PM . . . hence the cropped extra today . . . then they turn to come right over our heads in Filey . . . I focus the shot . . . the excitement mounts . . . the battery says No Power !
