My five a day

A healthy salad prepared by Cameraman while I've been in Edinburgh all day. It looks healthy, and it is, but to be truthful I moved the glass of red out of the frame while I took the photograph. My sister and I have been looking at places where, in the fullness of time, mum might move. Quite a thing, and more of the same tomorrow.

It was a very windy drive along the M9. The queues for the Highland Show were horrific but I was hardly delayed at all. Home now and looking forward to my salad (and the wine).
