Laser light and cut glass vase

After yesterday's running around - a very quiet day today. The boys were both out partying last night so were dozing and doing very little.

Mrs W is poorly with a sore throat and generally feeling sorry for herself. Which leaves yours truly to shop, cook and generally potter.

I want to get a portrait of Mr E before he goes off to Uni but he is either busy going out or looking hungover! So no luck there yet.

So I thought I'd have another go at this cut glass business. I find doing exercises like this really useful for getting used to manipulating different layers and different selection techniques. Whilst there isn't a lot of artistic merit in the image - I quite like the result. It pleases me anyway! :-)
