It's that time of year again.....

......when I roast a big tray of summer vegetables for the Garden's Open lunches. Busy day, did the above & delivered, went to the tip with R, then on to the Matisse
Drawing with Scissors exhibition at Contain's Art in Watchet. After that back to partake in said lunch which was delicious.

Planted out a couple of courgette plants & am now enjoying a glass of chilled white whilst cooking a light supper. Phew, & will do most of it again tomorrow.
